Premium or Standard user?

Do the internal scalix users (sxadmin, sxqueryadmin) need to take up a premium license?

Is it safe to set them to standard users if they will never be used to login to outlook?

Just upgraded to 10.0.1 from 9.2.1 and I didn't want to muck anything up by changing their license status.
