SERIOUS ERROR - NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY in ommon output

Can someone help me figure out this output of ommon:

The files aren't there, but the directory is populated with lots of other files. Any ideas what could be causing this, how to diagnose and prevent this?

please run omscan -a -A -f and see if the error still pop up.
