how to find this user

Could anyone advise how to find this kind of user 03100000a3660cc4-161.96.861.291. I found this on scalix-sis-indexer.log with many records. My scalix logs had memory spike and I'm suspecting it is the sis-indexing. I tried to simulate and do sis-indexing and the load became quite high. Then, after 5 mins. load average was back to 0.

Can I found this user using omshowu? I tried to man omshow but there's no entry
