Reset Smartcache

Hi,

How Can I reset on of my client Smartcache (inline cmd ????) Because the client use Smartcache but the "Reset SmartCache" button is GREY !

ps : I had install again the outlook scalix connector but no chance !

If you delete their 00000v8.ofs directory on the server, it will force smartcache to recreate itself...instructions how:
