Create admins that can admin just users in a specific group?

Postby sege » Mon Nov 24, 2008 6:38 am

I have a domain called foo.com, this domain has like 30 different subdomains with individual admins/managers.

How do I replicate this in Scalix? I've tried with group and manager of that group, but then I can just manage who will be in the group and I not create users and add them to the group and so on.

Is there anything in between 'full mega admin' and 'can virtually do nothing' which I just can't find?

Regards,
Johan

Which scalix edition are you using ? Scalix 11.4.2 has the delegated administration feature which allows the admin to define sub-administrators that can manage users on a particular mailnode.

There is a document on this in the Documentation page under Enterprise, Support, Documentation but I can't recall the title of the section it is under but it is in the right side column. I think it is Technical Notes or something like that.
