Scalix 11.2 CE => SAC => user list empty

Hi folks,

since a few days, I have the problem that in the web interface (SAC), the list of user empty, including the groups. In the Console, the user, and they work well.
Only I can not make changes.

What should I do?

The terms SAC and CONSOLE are used to describe the same thing. It sounds like you say you cannot see the list of users in the SAC but you can see the list of users in the CONSOLE, so I am confused.

Can you see the list of users in the SAC (http://host.domain/sac/)?

Can you see the list of users somewhere else? Where?

since today i recognized the same problem, userlist and Grouplist are empty

Using Scalix 11.1 on -suse10.1, 3 GB Mem
Console shows all users
I tried
hostname/sac
hostname.domain/sac
ip/sac
ip.domain/sac
in IE7, Firefox 3.0 (the same result)

as I tried to create a new group, the sac told me on userselection, that no user exists.

hostname/webmail works fine for 70 users.

any idea? help needed

today I tried to create a new test account in empty userlist with the result that
SAC only shows that user only.

urgend - thats a live system with 70 User! Please Help Needed!!!!

omshowu -m -all shows every user, the testaccount too ....

now I solved that problem that some user had too ...

the problem was the fqdn!
as I checked:
hostename
result: mailer2

as I checked:
hostname --fqdn
result: empty

so I had to edit the /etc/hosts correctly:
# IP-Address Full-Qualified-Hostname Short-Hostname
right!!!
192.168.10.123 mailer2.domain mailer2
wrong:
192.168.10.123 mailer2
192.168.10.123 mailer2.domain
