Best Practice - Disk subsystem

What is the best practice for the disk subsystem with scalix? What raid level for the mail store? Other mail systems I have looked at best practice has been OS on Raid 1 and mail store on either raid 5, 10 or 0+1.

Raid5 is normally recommended for the mailstore. We also recommend a journalling filesytem (ext3 or reiserFS) overlayed on an LVM partition for the mail mount point ('/var/opt/scalix'). Raid 1 would be fine for the '/' partition.
