We are beginning to implement the scalix community edition for our non-profit organization and one of the major complaints by my beta-testers is that for every single email they want to send out they have to click on Options -> Read Receipt and Options -> Delivery Notification and that it is a major hassle (to the point where they want to go back to the old system, which is NOT good news).
Is there ANY way to set the Web Access Client to default to ON for those two options for individual users? The supervisors here need those on for most emails while many of the care managers would want them off as a default.
