POP3 Downloader

Hello, i need to configure a pop3 downloader on my Scalix box so it can pull emails from several pop3 accounts hosted on an ISP. then those mails need to be delivered into appropriate distribution groups on my Scalix server. how can i achieve that. the downloads needs to be doen every 1-2 minutes .(if constantly that is better )
