How to create server side rules

Hello everyone,

How do I create server side rules that will move incoming e-mail to a mail folder on the server? I want to move mail that comes from specific people (defined in my address book on the server and via Outlook), even if I am not log on via Outlook.

My setup:
Scalix Connect: 9.4.2.6
Scalix server: 10.0.1.3
Outlook 2003 SP2

This won't be possible. The problem is that the server cannot read the contents of your contacts folder when delivering a message. I suggest you add an enhancement request in Bugzilla for this, or try to use a different

rule that doesn't depend on the contact being there.

The Scalix Outlook Rules Wizard will always try to create a server-side rule first, and only fall back to a client-side rule if that fails.

That said, the rules do improve with every release, and more are possible server-side. Why don't you upgrade to Scalix 11 with at least Scalix Connect 10.0.0.366 and test this again?
