Would it be possible to maintain a list/timeline somewhere of what is being planned in future releases and what issues are currently being investigated. This would be a lot of use as people could look at current issues and planned features before logging support requests.
Scalix still has a few annoying bits and pieces, but is by far the best product on the market. I find from scanning passed posts that most of the things that bug me are being addressed, but it would be a lot easier if they were centralised. Possibly something like Mantis ?
