Scalix Connector : Cannot open some emails in Inbox

Dear all,

We have a strange and very annoying problem with Scalix : in Outlook, some emails in our Inbox, not all, cannot be deleted or moved !
The message is "You don't have the permission to perform that action".
But when trying to move or delete them in the scalix Webmail, there are no problem.
And as said, this happens only on SOME emails in Inbox ?!!

It's a delegated mailbox, but in webmail we use the same login, and no problem.
We have Scalix server version 12.6.0.14933, Outlook 2016, connector 12.6.0.9153.

Any help will be greatly appreciated !

P. S. On some elements it's even worse, we can't even open them, the error is "Sorry, we're having trouble opening this item. This could be temporary, but if you see it again you might want to restart Outlook."

Hello,

1. Please make sure you are using Scalix Connector 12.6.0.9153 Build 7 if not then download from http://downloads.scalix.com/scalix-GA-enterprise-win-latest.zip
2. Try to enable SmartCache
3. If that does not work, reinstall connector, remove whole Scalix directory, reboot machine and install Scalix Connector again with SmartCache enabled.
4. if above tricks doesn't then please create support ticket.
