Users get their Excel attachments corrupt

Hi guys,
we have scalix server in our company, lately some users complain about getting their attachments (Excel files) corrupt and they cant open it.
when i send mail from my private email to other email, the files are OK.
Any ideas what would cause that problem?

Is this a problem with all clients or the files arrive corrupt only in webmail?

I have spanish translation,but the file srssp.txt is 19,9 kB UTF-8 and I can not send.Help please

Please provide the below details:

1) Your OS Version and Architecture ?
2) Scalix Version and release ?
3) Client version where message sent
4) Client version where message was received
5) Outlook is using via scalix outlook connector or IMAP/POP3 for the sender and recipient ?
