Supported Outlook functionality includes:

Full group scheduling capabilities including ability to look up free/busy information for attendees and resources, ability to find next available slot for all attendees, ability to schedule required and optional attendees as well as resources (i.e. conference rooms), ability to attach files and view attachments in meeting requests, ability to track acceptance status of attendees, and the full selection of response options for meeting requests (accept, decline, accept tentative, and propose new time)
Permissions-based public folders for emails, calendars and contacts. Ability to drag and drop items from your mailbox (email, contacts, calendar) to public folders
Native Outlook free/busy support in calendar (i.e. no need to publish free/busy information to the Internet)
Native Outlook delegate access capabilities, including the ability for a user to define a delegate for their mailbox and the ability to assign specific rights to delegates, such as the right to manage their email, calendar, or tasks. Ability to track changes made by delegates
Access to user address and other user information in the global directory via the Outlook address book
Ability to set message importance and sensitivity – ability to set for outgoing messages and view for received messages
Voting buttons

Transparent, standards-based auto-conversion of meeting requests and responses between Outlook and web clients
Ability to create and manage contacts and personal distribution lists
Rules wizard to create and manage server- and client-side rules for automated management of incoming mail
Offline access for mobile users who want to have access to their mailbox when they are remote or not connected to the corporate network. All changes synchronize when connection to the corporate network is re-established
Cache support for fast responsiveness of all versions of Outlook, including older versions (Outlook 2000, and XP)
Ability to connect Outlook to the Scalix Mail Server without a VPN connection using SSL
Single sign-on for Outlook login
