We have a user who has a mail sub-folder with a '/' character in its name, that is visible in Outlook, but not visible when he logs in to Scalix Web Access. This is repeatable and consistent - creating a new folder with a '/' in its name, or changing the name of an existing folder to include that character will make it disappear from the SWA view. I didn't see any mention of this in the forums, is it a known issue? In any case it's not a big deal - workaround is to remove the '/' character :)
