Scalix Open Architecture Enables Easy Interoperability with Best-of-Breed Solutions

SAN MATEO, CA — APRIL 3, 2006 — Scalix, the leading provider of enterprise email and calendaring on Linux, today announced that its ScalixReady program of certifying messaging ecosystem interoperability has rapidly grown to include many more products. The rapid expansion has been facilitated by Scalix's open architecture that makes it easy to integrate Scalix with third-party solutions. This has enabled Scalix and its partners and customers to integrate and certify numerous open source and commercial products. Recent certifications include CRM systems, anti-virus software, archiving solutions, directory services and a fax server.
